Unfortunately, my room dealt with an ant invasion, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with the cleaning toilet brush looking quite unappealing. Additionally, there were limited towels provided. The shower wasn’t set at a comfortable height, making it difficult to shower properly. I expected better from a three-star establishment, especially in comparison to other places I’ve visited on the island. Overall, while there were several positive aspects to my stay, the cleanliness and insect issue need addressing for a better guest experience.
